Adult Weeping

We are talking about register in class. I noticed that I have a very informal register. This reading blog is going to be very corny.
I can imagine Billy alone crying like I have discussed in the previous blog. It breaks my heart. A grown up crying with no one there to hold him. It is ironic because grown ups are not seen as beens that need mom hugs or kisses. But we all need love at one point, and as freud said if we are left alone and not loved properly our ego and our id are hurt. Our id is full of impulses and passions and our ego is connected to reality it is our identity. Billy acknowledges his weeping episodes through his ego, although they come from his id. The fact that he has no one but his doctor to go to, directly affects his ego and then will have repercussions in his id. Those repercussions in the id, will develop as traumas and make him exponentially more stressed and confused.
I warned my readers earlier that this reading blog was going to be corny, and it was because in a way I wish I was Valencia. I feel like she is not a proper wife, she can't see her husbands suffering. Billy never comes to Valencia when he has a problem, or when he knows his going to time travel. I know he needs a person to talk to. He needs me -see that's corny-.
I said this in my last blog but I felt this topic needed further discussion. Using a blanket that vibrates and doing those weird treatments the doctor gave him is not going to work. Billy needs either a lover -that can be his wife I'm not saying anything- or a really good therapist.
He is really introverted in some ways, he is a loner.
I hope the book gives Billy some time to say everything he needs to say and be heard.
